1 *HOW TO OPEN A FILE?
Login to yahoo, click inbox folder.To open a file, click subject of the email.
Attention: look at the upper and lower line of your page, there are some options tab:
Delete, reply, forward, mark, spam, move...etc. (they can changes) please try it now by clicking each tab for your skill.
2 *How to view picture attachment?
Open a file, then under the box message you'll see picture(s) In small size and there you may be able to click 'view' or 'save'.
Click one of them then follow instructions on each your page.
Note: to view pictures from your hard disk you have to have
Special program (picture viewer) I.e acdsee4 or later.
3 *How to forward attachment of picture/video/ story to our friends netter?If you reply an email to someone the attachment don't send to recipient, in order the attachment can be send to recipient, you have to send it it by clicking forward menu (see number 8): Open a file, select 'forward' drop-down tab, then choose/click 'as attachment'
(if you have done setting default, just click forward is enough)
4 *How do I delete old file?
Go to inbox, thick (check) square box next to the file then click 'delete' tab. Note: to select all square box in once click, click square box next to 'sender' at upper line or click 'check all' at lower line of the page (try it now)
5 *How do I block unexpected email as spam?
it's quite the same to delete file said above.
Go to inbox, thick (check) square box next to the file then click 'spam' tab.
So that the next email from the same sender will be deliver to bulk folder straight away (not to inbox).
Note: if you would like to unblock the blocked file, go to bulk folder and then click 'inbox' tab.
6 *My account was BOUNCING. How can I do to UN-BOUNCING?
First of all delete old files until your space remind 50% of 1GB.
And then go to
http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs
Click 'history' next to information that your account is 'bouncing'
New page appears, scroll down
Click 'send reactivation request' (yahoo will send an email to your inbox' After 10 minutes or so go to inbox, if you find that email, click a link in the middle of that email as instructed, follow instructions ..... And you'll see that your account has been normal again.
7 *How to stop and unstop receiving email?
This is important when you out of office for several days or when there are attacked spammer sent many many spam into your inbox for a few minutes then they stops.

8 *How can I change my DEFAULT SETTING in Yahoo! Mail?
Login to yahoo! Mail, Click 'option' tab at the corner top right of the page. You will see many options there.
Click 'general preferences' and then make sure that some buttons as said below have been checked (marked):
Composing emails Mode:
^ Compose messages as color and graphics
Forwarding Messages:
^ Forward as an attachment
Warnings:
^ Warn me about sending messages without a subject
^ Warn me about sending with empty message
Replying:
^ Include full original message when replying
Shortcuts:
^ Do not show me Yahoo! Shortcuts
Click 'save' button if you are done.

click (add new profile), new page appears where you have to enter password, and then go into the page of 'create/edit profile'. follow instructions.
11 *Pictures and attachments can't be viewed on my computer. Why? there are some possibilities that caused the matter:
--- the picture has broken link in the internet zone
--- the computer less memory
--- the computer need an hardware c.q 'color and graphic' card --- the isp or admin of office has blocked all attachments from outside for security reason. please contact your isp or admin.
12 *How can I use POP3 for my Outlook Express? set your yahoo! mail for applying POP3 by clicking 'option' at the top right corner of the page
find out POP3 tab, click it, then follow instructions.note: there are provided in only several yahoo!, i.e. yahoo.sg, yahoo.uk.. etc
